Organizational Governance
We are striving to strengthen our corporate governance, both in order to expedite management decisions and, taking compliance as a matter of the upmost importance, in order to ensure fair and transparent corporate activities in management and operations across the board. We have also developed an internal control system and are working to enhance our compliance and risk management systems and strengthen our internal checks and oversight system.
