New-Graduate Recruitment Information

Requirements:

1. A willingness to work in both domestic and overseas facilities (office work and/or technical job).
2. Graduated or expect to graduate from university with a bachelor or master’s degree from an accredited university (including high school diploma/high school vocational certification) by March 2020.

3.In order to work at Yorozu Corporation (JAPAN),N-1 or N-2 Japanese language proficiency is required.
Available Jobs Categories:

Technical Dept.: Research & Development, Production Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing & Sales (Sales Engineer), Information Systems, etc.
Administration Dept.: Production Control, Purchasing, etc.
Recruiting:

Technical Major Dept.: Technical/Mechanical, Electrical, Chemistry/Chemical Engineer, Materials, Physics, Information Technology (IT), etc.
Clerical Major: Business/Administration; however other majors are welcome.
Salary:

As of April 2019, the base salary for recently graduated students is as follows:
Master’s Degree: 214,000 Yen / month
Bachelor’s Degree: 206,000 Yen / month
High School Diploma/High School Vocational Certificate: 182,000 Yen / month
Probationary Period:

General terms and conditions of employment apply to employees on probation six months from the date of hire.
Allowance:

Commuting Allowance, Overtime and Holiday Work Allowance, Temporary Solo Assignment Per Diem etc.
Annual Pay Raise:

Once a year (April)
Bonus:

Twice a year (July and December)
Holidays:

Two days off once a week (Saturday and Sunday)
The total number of annual holidays is 121 days (As stated in the company calendar, Golden Week, summer, and New Year’s break are approximately 10 days each. The length of these breaks varies each year.)
Annual paid leave (first year: 11 days, second year: 15 days)
Congratulatory and condolence leave, child care, and nursing leave are available.

Head Office (Yokohama, Kanagawa, JAPAN)
Global Technical Center (Oyama, Tochigi, JAPAN)
*Future overseas assignments are possible (refer to Yorozu Global Network)
Work Hours:

Head Office: 08:30-17:30
Global Technical Center: 08:00-17:00
