Salary: | As of April 2019, the base salary for recently graduated students is as follows: |
Probationary Period: | General terms and conditions of employment apply to employees on probation six months from the date of hire. |
Allowance: | Commuting Allowance, Overtime and Holiday Work Allowance, Temporary Solo Assignment Per Diem etc. |
Annual Pay Raise: | Once a year (April) |
Bonus: | Twice a year (July and December) |
Holidays: | Two days off once a week (Saturday and Sunday) |
Work Place: | Head Office (Yokohama, Kanagawa, JAPAN) |
Work Hours: | Head Office: 08:30-17:30 |
