Sharing YPW Initiatives

By sharing further activities related to the Yorozu Production Way (YPW) being carried out by each group company, the Yorozu Group is promoting initiatives attuned to new views and trends on the production floor.
These efforts are positioned as Global YPW. Twice a year, the general managers of all sites and divisions in Japan gather together for presentations of initiatives. The content presented at those events is revised into new standards and helps raise the level of productivity and quality on a global scale.
We are enhancing our capabilities in the field by never being satisfied with the status quo and always creating new perspectives and knowledge.
